High-pressure compressors of the ВТ1.5-0.3/150 (VT1.5-0.3/150) series

They are designed for discharging the air into the bottles and maintaining it under the pressure of 80 to 150 kgf/cm².

The compressor is a piston-type three-stage machine which is driven from the electric motor via a flexible coupling. Lubrication is performed by the circulating oil forced from the gear pump. Cooling is performed by the liquid in the closed cycle.

The automatic control and protection system ensures the following:
– starting of the compressor factory on pressure drop down to 80 kgf/cm² in the system;
– stopping of the compressor factory at a pressure of 150 kgf/cm² in the system;
– emergency stopping of the compressor factory under the following conditions:

1. inadmissible rise of the temperature;
2. increase of the air pressure up to 170 kgf/cm² in the system;
3. drop of the air pressure down to 60 kgf/cm² in the system;
4. inadmissible drop of oil pressure.
